FLX Fall Ball is a regional fall youth soccer league hosted by CASL, bringing K–6 teams from across the Finger Lakes together for organized, local competition in a flexible and player-centered environment.

This program allows teams to continue playing during the fall season without the demands of full travel schedules. Teams compete against other Finger Lakes–based teams in meaningful weekly matchups, creating a fun, community-focused atmosphere while keeping travel minimal.

Program Details:

  • Location: Finger Lakes Community College (FLCC)
  • Dates: Saturdays & Sundays — Sept 12 to Oct 18
  • Schedule: 1 game per weekend (no byes)
  • Game Times: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (daylight/weather dependent)

Divisions:

  • U6 & U8: Coed
  • U10 & U12: Separate Boys & Girls divisions

Game Formats:

  • U6: 4v4 | 4 × 8-minute quarters
  • U8: 4v4 | 4 × 10-minute quarters
  • U10: 7v7 | 2 × 25-minute halves
  • U12: 9v9 | 2 × 30-minute halves

  • U6:   $250/team
  • U8:   $300/team
  • U10: $425/team
  • U12: $500/team
