All of our rec coaches are parent volunteers, and with over 45 rec teams we are always in need of more. You don't need years of soccer experience — we provide training, guidance, and a shared curriculum so every team learns the same skills.

FLX SC travel teams are led by volunteer coaches who take a rostered team through the winter training season and into RDYSL league play in the spring and summer — working alongside the professional trainers who run our winter sessions.

The league is run by a volunteer board that meets once a month via Zoom. Serving on the board shapes soccer for every kid in Canandaigua — and there are open seats, including Coaching Director.
